Masturbation/kegels I need Christian advice?

i'm a teen and i am curious about things. i'm a christian, and i don't want to sin, but is masturbating a sin? i read somewhere about working kegel muscles, is that a bad thing? i'm not going to have sex but....


is there anything wrong with doing kegels, etc?

Masturbation is a sin and contrary to what some will tell you not everyone does it. We are not to be party to the thoughts and ways of the world.





Kegels are an exercise for your pubic area. It isn't something a healthy virgin really needs to concern themselves with. It is very helpful for maintaining tightness and controlling the movement of the vaginal area during sex (which you said you are not having) and after having children.

Everybody masturbates. EVERYBODY. They just don't talk about it. Do it, you'll love it. Nothing is wrong with doing it. It's the most natural thing, even though it's not spoken about among people.
Kegels are exercises that keep the vaginal and abdominal/pelvic muscles in good shape. Some ladies can have orgasms while doing Kegel's but I would think that rare.





I was raised Christian and was not taught that self-stimulating was wrong, just not something you mentioned in public.

Yes it's a sin. I don't think a christian should masturbate. Sex is a gift God gives to married couples. When you give your life to God you are giving him everything, including your body.

honestly, i don't think masturbating is a sin. im also a christian and i masturbate. it just depends on how you view it. masturbating is a way to relieve ur sexual tensions, or to just feel good about ur self. while touching urself, you get to noe more about ur body, and what area you like being touched and what you don't like. it's also good to masturbate because you noe ur not having sex. having sex before marriage is a sin.


kegel exercises strengthens ur vagina so that you'll have stronger orgasm. no, it's not a bad thing. in fact, it's a good thing to do kegel exercises. it will help you achieve stronger, harder, and multiple orgams.
